A Demonstration Site for Performance and Experience in Campus Scenarios
As wireless network technologies mature, more and more companies are deploying wireless networks to support their daily business needs. The wireless office scenarios mainly include high-density office areas, low-density office areas, meeting rooms, leisure areas and dining areas. In such areas, applications such as office software, email, web browsing, file transfer, instant messaging (IM) and audio/video conferencing are massively used in business, requiring reliable networking to run critical office applications such as audio/video conferencing and IM. Users are concerned about the efficiency of network transmission, stability of the network connection and smoothness of the mobile network. The wireless deployment needs to support high-density access, high-concurrency applications, and efficient transmission with low latency.
The WAA certification ensures high efficiency, high stability and a high-quality experience
Wide-area coverage and good adaptability in high-density environments: In open office environments, wide-area network coverage is essential. In network design, high-performance wireless access points (APs) are used to deliver full signal coverage without blind spots in a spacious area. In addition, for densely populated areas, smart antenna technologies and dynamic frequency selection should be used to reduce signal interference and maintain the connection quality of the high-density networks.
High-bandwidth management: To support bandwidth-intensive applications, such as high-definition audio/video conferencing and large file transfers, the network should be designed to automatically prioritize such high bandwidth demands. Application-aware network management tools can be used to ensure that necessary resources are allocated to critical applications and devices.
Anti-interference optimization: In high-interference environments, wireless networks should be equipped with devices that use advanced interference detection and mitigation technologies to improve the overall stability and performance of the network. In addition, automatic radio frequency optimization features can be utilized to tune and optimize network performance in real time.
Seamless roaming experience: Seamless roaming features are crucial for mobile working. A wireless network solution should enable fast, seamless switching between APs, ensure data security and connection stability via advanced authentication and encryption technologies, and provide unified service quality management to maintain a high-quality user experience.
Key user experience assurance: The wireless network should implement identification and authentication strategies to deliver guaranteed access and accelerated services for VIP users. Network resources should intelligently recognize and prioritize these users’ connections, ensuring they enjoy high-priority, low-latency network services, especially when the network is congested.
An experience area for the campus scenario performance is set up in the WAA's exhibition hall
In the WAA's exhibition hall, we set up a realistic experience area for the campus scenario performance. By simulating typical campus environments such as high-density office areas, meeting rooms and dining halls, we have introduced the latest Wi-Fi 7 technology to ensure unmatched speed and efficiency in data transfer and online collaboration. By supporting 320 MHz wide band channels and 6G frequency bands, this technology allows for a download speed of up to 4.3 Gbps, significantly optimizing the office environment under heavy network loads. This guarantees stable and fast network connections, enabling consistent and optimized network performance whether in a busy conference room or a spacious open office area.
