Standardization

The WAA Technical Committee for Standardization (TCS) was established in January 2024, and the general meeting of the Committee is held twice a year. 

The WAA TCS aims to influence and accelerate the development of regional and global wireless LAN (WLAN) standards in terms of application experience and system requirements of WLAN, make suggestions, and collaborate with other global standardizations organizations (ISO, IEC, ITU, IEEE, etc.) and standardization departments from other countries/regions to promote the adoption of relevant standards. 

The TCS prohibits discussions of product prices, production volumes, sales territories & methods and always abides by applicable national and international antitrust rules.
