Zhang Ping
理事长
Member of the Chinese Peasants' and Workers' Democratic Party (CPWDP), academician at the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He leads an innovative research group for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He developed the first broadband time-division duplex (TDD) experimental system, overcame challenges in TDD testing technology, and created high-end instruments that filled gaps in the domestic industry. His research has made significant contributions to the development and commercialization of mobile communication theories and technologies in China. He has received one special prize and one first-class award for National Science and Technology Progress, three second-class awards for National Technology Invention, and two second-class awards for National Science and Technology Progress. In 2017, he received the first "National Innovation Pioneer Award" medal, and in 2018, he was honored with the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award.

Mei Shujia
Vice-Chair
At present, he serves at the head of the Standards Affairs Department at Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. He oversees the development of Tencent's technical standards system and has built technical standard capabilities for Tencent Group from scratch. He has led and participated in the formulation of numerous international standards, national standards, industry standards, and group standards within authoritative standardization organizations, such as the China Communications Standards Association (CCSA), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA). She also serves as the deputy chair of the Technical Committee on Information Technology Equipment Interconnection under the National Technical Committee for Information Technology Standardization.

Chu Guoqing
Chu Guoqing
Deputy General Manager of China Telecom Tianyi Digital Life Technology Co., Ltd. He has long been focusing on the research and implementation of the development of broadband services and digital home applications. He has planned and promoted the business innovation and large-scale deployment of China Telecom's all-optical WiFi (FTTR) and whole-home WiFi, making significant contributions in sectors such as smart networking at home, device connectivity, wireless seamless roaming, and end-to-end QoS assurance. Under his leadership, his team has won multiple awards, including the China Telecom Science and Technology Progress Award, Technology Standards Award, and Innovation Achievement Application Award.

Dang Meimei
Council Member
Senior Engineer. Chief Engineer at the Institute of Technology and Standards Research (ITSR) of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), and the Chair of Information Network Committee. She is the leader of the Wireless Access Working Group under the China Communications Standardization Association (CCSA TC5 WG3). She has led numerous ministerial decision-supported projects in fields such as broadband networks, universal telecommunications service, new infrastructure, a strong network nation, and the Internet of Things. She has extensive experience in technical research, standardization, and testing in broadband wireless access, broadband networks, and new ICT technologies.

Li HongWei
Council Member
Senior Engineer. Currently serves as the Chief Engineer and Deputy Director of the Testing Institute at the China Household Electrical Appliances Research Institute, and Director of the National Intelligent Home Quality Inspection and Testing Center. He focuses on the standardization, testing, and certification of smart appliances and smart home products. In addition, he serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Ventilation Appliances Sub-Technical Committee of the National Household Electrical Appliances Standardization Technical Committee (SAC TC46/SC4), a member of the Reliability Subcommittee (SAC TC46/SC9), and a member of the National Product Defect and Safety Management Standardization Technical Committee (SAC TC463). He is also the Deputy Secretary-General of the Electrical and Electronic Division of the China National Standardization Association. He has drafted over 20 national standards and more than 50 group standards, edited six textbooks, and published over 30 papers.

Responsible for chip research and development in the WLAN field, leading the development of over ten WLAN chips, with billions of chips shipped worldwide. He has applied for more than 80 invention patents.

Wang Xiaoguo
Council Member
Senior Engineer in Electronic Information. Currently serves as Deputy Director of the Research Department at Pengcheng Laboratory, Secretary-General of the Pengcheng Association for Science and Technology, and Secretary-General of the Pengcheng Science and Education Foundation. He has published over ten high-level academic papers in core journals and international conferences and has co-authored three textbooks. He has obtained certifications such as PMP Certification, Information Systems Project Manager, and Technology Broker (Intermediate).

Has 20 years of experience in the consumer electronics and semiconductor fields. As the first product manager in the short-range connectivity sector at HiSilicon, he has deep insights in market trends and technological developments. He led the planning of the first chips in multiple product areas for HiSilicon’s short-range connectivity and created a series of terminal-network collaborative solutions. By establishing the HiSilicon Lingxiao brand and jointly designing WiFi6 Plus, he helped HiSilicon gain a competitive edge in the domestic market.

Yang Jiajie

Currently serves as the Vice President of the Electronic and Electrical Products Service Division for TÜV Rheinland Greater China. Previously held various positions, such as safety engineer for audio and video equipment, certification officer for North American product safety, key account manager for North American brands and retailers, and deputy general manager for R&D and technical services. With nine years of frontline experience at a globally recognized third-party testing and certification agency, he understands the regulatory requirements and buyer expectations for consumer electronics in the US and Europe. During his tenure as Vice President, he led the R&D team in developing commercial certifications for fast charging safety, low blue light, comprehensive eye protection, allergy care, and worry-free folding. These certifications are widely applied in flagship smartphone products from brands such as Honor, Huawei, Samsung, OPPO, vivo, and Xiaomi, significantly influencing the industry both internally and externally.

Currently serves as the Chief Engineer of Technical Planning at ZTE Corporation, specializing in electronic information and communication technology standardization and patents. He has extensive expertise in wireless and wired communication networks, the Internet of Things, and foundational software and hardware. He has held multiple positions in international standard organizations, such as speaker, editor, and board member for BBF, ITU-T, and the Linux Foundation. He is now Vice Chair of the CCSA TC10 Internet of Things Technology Committee. He has received several CCSA Technology Advancement Awards and the China Communications Society Science and Technology Award, and he holds multiple granted patents and international proposals.

Zhao Yujin

Currently serves as Vice President and General Manager of the Wireless Product Line at H3C Group. He has engaged in the WLAN field for over twenty years, overseeing strategic planning, product development, and market expansion for WLAN products. With unique perspective and insights in WLAN technology and applications, he has extensive experience in managing R&D teams. He leads the H3C wireless team in developing hundreds of top-tier products, including the domestic debut of Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6, and the global release of Wi-Fi 7. In addition, has filed nearly a thousand wireless patents and has maintained H3C's position as the top WLAN market share holder in China for fifteen consecutive years.

Zhuo Lan

Senior engineer. Deputy Director of the IoT Research Center at the China Electronics Standardization Institute. She serves as the secretary-general of the IoT Sub-Technical Committee under the National Technical Committee for Information Technology Standardization (SAC/TC28/SC41), Director of the Key Laboratory for IoT Standards and Applications at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and a member of the National Technical Committee for Digital Standardization in Smart Buildings and Residential Areas (SAC/TC462) and the National Transportation Standardization Committee (SAC/TC571). She is mainly responsible for standardization, testing, and consulting in areas such as IoT, intelligent manufacturing, short-range wireless communication, sensor networks, and home networking. She has led the formulation of over 20 national standards in fields such as IoT, sensor networks, and short-range wireless communication, and has participated in the development of more than 40 national and industry standards. She has overseen and contributed to over 30 projects, including major initiatives by the National Development and Reform Commission, new generation broadband wireless mobile communication technology projects, intelligent manufacturing projects by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and key R&D programs by the Ministry of Science and Technology. She holds more than 10 invention patents and has received multiple national standard innovation contribution awards.
