802.11be is the latest wireless local area network (WLAN) technical standard. Based on 802.11ax, this project further improves performance indicators such as channel width, transmission rate, and modulation method, bringing users a faster, more stable, and more economical wireless network experience. Moreover, significant improvements have been made in applications such as video/audio conferencing, real-time collaboration, and immersive AR/VR. With the release of interoperability certification for the 7th generation WLAN technical standard in 2024, a large number of certified network devices and terminal devices are coming soon. The change in standard generations will affect the system for evaluating device performance. Therefore, the original performance evaluation standards based on the 802.11ax standard urgently need to be updated to include some use cases and refresh relevant indicator parameters.
