Notice on Convening the 2nd Plenary Meeting of the Technical Committee for Standardization (TCS)

To members of the TCS: 

According to the work plans of the TCS, the 2nd plenary meeting of the TCS is scheduled to be held offline on the afternoon of April 17, 2024, in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Ⅰ. Meeting time: 

April 17 at 14: 00 to 18:30

Ⅱ. Meeting location: 

Zone D, IEC International Standards Promotion Center, Cangbomen South Street, Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province

Meeting room: Qilin Hall C, Zone D, IEC International Standards Promotion Center (Nanjing)

Ⅳ. Information on meeting registration and accommodation: 

Please respond to this email by 18:00 on April 10 to confirm (1) whether you will attend the TCS meeting on April 17 and (2) whether you will participate in the WAA Spring Forum on April 18 and follow-up activities (details can be found in the email attachment). 

As the negotiated rates of the recommended hotels are subject to the check-in list of attendees provided by TCS, please also confirm your accommodation needs and include the following information in your reply: 

Hotel choice, name of guest, phone number, company, check-in date, check-out date, room type (double room/twin room), and number of rooms.
