                Notice on Convening the TCS 2024Q3 Meeting

To members of the TCS: 

       According to the work plans of TCS, the TCS 2024Q3 Meeting is scheduled to be held offline in Xiamen, Fujian Province, on September 11, 2024, for the full day. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Ⅰ. Meeting time: 

September 11 at 9: 00 to 18:30

Ⅱ. Meeting location: 

Sea Symphony Hotel, Gulangyu, Xiamen, Fujian Province

Hotel address: No. 2, Gusheng Road, Gulangyu, Xiamen

Ⅳ. Meeting registration: 

Please respond to this email by 18:00 on August 21 to confirm whether you will attend the TCS meeting on September 11.

Ⅴ. Accommodation and transportation: 

1. Negotiated rate: Attendees can enjoy a 15% discount on Ctrip room rates when booking rooms at Sea Symphony Hotel (Gulangyu). Hotel's contact person: Ms. Zeng (158 8025 6022). The number of rooms is limited, so please book your room as early as possible if you plan to stay.

2. Transportation: You can take the public ferry to and from the island. During the day, ferries run from Xiamen Island's inner wharf (Xiagu wharf) to Gulangyu wharfs (Neicuo'ao and Sanqiutian). Neicuo'ao wharf is closer to the hotel.

It takes about 20 minutes from Xiamen Island‘s inner wharf (Xiagu wharf) to Gulangyu wharf (Neicuo'ao wharf).

The hotel can arrange to have your luggage transported from Gulangyu wharf to the hotel. You can walk to the hotel, which takes about 15 minutes.

Public ferries operate 24 hours a day, every hour after 12:00 PM.
